任妻昏厥倒地3小時　夫判6月

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中市大甲區王姓老翁(77歲)疑妻子趁他住療養院期間，與女婿偷戶口名簿將房屋過戶給孫子，對妻產生不滿。去年9月26日下午，老翁與妻在客廳看電視時，妻因急慢性腎衰竭，突然休克昏倒，從沙發滾倒地面，行動不便的老翁竟未打電話求救，也沒向樓上孫子或隔壁女婿求救。

直至下午5點女兒返家，在屋前收衣服的王翁才說：「你媽倒在那裡。」所幸送醫後，王妻並無大礙。王妻氣老公見她昏倒3小時不救，憤而提告。
 
老翁堅稱：「眼睛看不清，走路不方便，女兒一回來就說快去處理，沒有不救。」但當法官要他收回桌上身分證時，王卻毫無障礙的從桌上拿回身分證放回身上，法官因此不信他看不到、走不動說法，認為王僅因產權糾紛，不顧夫妻情分和法律責任，狠心不救昏倒的妻子，依遺棄罪判王6月，可易科罰金18萬元。
