「比載客好賺」　惡運將撞74次詐百萬

【綜合報導】北市一名惡劣運將，5年來專門開小黃找獵物，見車輛變換車道、右轉或公車靠站時，就故意加速直行擦撞，製造假車禍索賠，若對方不肯就範，就恐嚇或作勢毆打，詐得款百萬元。

林姓運將（55歲）5年多前與女車主發生小擦撞，輕鬆要到2千元修車費，覺得車禍財比每天載客好賺，開始開小黃上路找尋獵物，製造假車禍索賠。警方上月接獲報案，有人指控遭林嫌製造假車禍恐嚇勒索，經向各大保險公司調閱理賠資料，赫見林嫌5年內，在北市就發生高達74件車禍，警方接連傳訊74名被害車主，所有人說法一致，查訪修車廠人員，修車員也指「他的車子多是小擦撞，有時也沒損壞，硬要送來修，真的很奇怪！」林嫌雖否認犯行，但因被害人指證歷歷，依恐嚇取財、詐欺罪送辦，並將擴大釐清其在新北市車禍案件。

林姓運將見公車準備靠站，故意加速直行擦撞公車右側車身，製造假車禍索賠。

林姓運將見司機不肯就範，除出言恐嚇威脅，還作勢毆打，迫使被害人交出1千元至2萬元不等和解金。
