雙匯在美收購案 股東點頭通過

美國史密斯菲爾德食品公司24日股東大會，投票通過大陸雙匯國際收購案，96%投贊成票。交易金額達71億美元（約新台幣 2,103億元），創下大陸企業最大規模赴美投資案。

新華社報導，史密斯菲爾德公司發表聲明說，投贊成票的股東股份占公司流通普通股總股份的76%，收購程序預計將於9月26日結束。

史密斯菲爾德公司總裁拉里·波普表示對投票結果很滿意，這對於史密斯菲爾德全體股東、美國農民和美國農業來說都是一項重大交易，兩家公司的合作將致力於增長和拓展海內外業務。

根據收購協議，雙匯國際將以每股34美元，從史密斯菲爾德的股東手中拿下全部股份，收購結束後史密斯菲爾德的普通股將不再公開交易，史密斯菲爾德將作為雙匯的全資子公司運營，但依然保留史密斯菲爾德這個品牌。
