天兔帶來暴雨 越柬36死

越南當局今天(24日)表示，天兔颱風(Usagi)導致東南亞部分地區的雨季情況惡化，已經在越南和柬埔寨造成最少36人死亡，其中許多人是被洪水沖走而溺斃。

天兔颱風是今年最強烈的颱風。

東南亞部分地區並沒有直接受到天兔的直接襲擊，上個週末掃過中國大陸和菲律賓，但是因為與每年的雨季重疊，災情更加嚴重。

從上星期以來，越南中部和南部就一直受到惡劣天候籠罩，許多村莊被水淹沒，最少24人死亡、6人失蹤。

在柬埔寨，官員表示，颱風的低氣壓帶來豪雨，導致湄公河泛濫，有多個省份出現淹水情況，最少12人死亡，其中包括6名6歲以下的兒童。

天兔颱風在菲律賓造成最少2人死亡。

中國大陸則有大約25人死亡，財產損失人民幣32.4億元，7千多間房屋受屋。
