涉貪汙有串供可能　中市議會祕書長陳健楷裁定羈押獲准

台中市新議政大樓工程裝修弊案，被指涉嫌收取業者回扣、賄款的市議會秘書長陳健楷，經台中地檢署聲請羈押獲准，另外還有涉案司機張百福、土地仲介業者陳志聲、駱炎德及劉延年5人。

經台中地檢署調查後，發現陳健楷在市議會新議政大樓工程及太平區土地徵收案，涉嫌向業者收取金額超過新台幣1億元的非法利益，檢調昨天派出大批調查員進行搜索，在市議會和陳健楷住處搜出大批資料和帳冊，並傳喚陳健楷、陳妻市議員吳瓊華、市議員黃仁、廠商及議會職員等51人。

檢調經過漏夜偵訊後，今天向法院聲請羈押陳健楷、張百福、劉延年、陳志聲、駱炎德5人，吳瓊華等11則分別以新台幣5萬元至50萬元交保。

法院於晚間開羈押庭，兩名土地仲介業者各以5萬元交保，並認為陳健楷等人涉貪汙重罪、有串供可能等理由，裁定陳健楷與他的司機張百福收押禁見，劉延年收押不禁見。
