台股漲、亞幣走強　新台幣早盤衝上29.44、升值近2角

在台股上漲及亞洲貨幣走強，加上修正前一交易日中央銀行阻升的補升效應，新台幣兌美元3日持續升值走勢，盤中一度觸及29.44元、升值1.7角。

美國預算案陷入僵局，美國政府關門，使得美元兌歐元匯率跌至8個月新低，而亞洲貨幣兌美元3日表現也較強勢，其中韓元來到1071韓元兌1美元，日圓持續在97日圓兌1美元價位震盪。

至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，雖然前一交易央行阻升，新台幣拉回至29.61元，不過，3日早盤新台幣兌美元以平盤開出後，隨即在台股上漲，亞幣走揚，加上外資匯入的推升下，升破29.5元，並一度來到29.44元、升值1.7角。
