周蕙、彭佳慧、林凡曾被說是「女歌手３醜」，但３人近年不約而同變好看，都被質疑整形。彭原本只承認打過肉毒，前陣子發片因山根明顯隆起，才承認打玻尿酸填淚溝，但仍堅持鼻子變挺，是因黏了３層假睫毛，眼妝加重、看起來把雙眼間距拉近了。還說為除抬頭紋和魚尾紋打肉毒，是敬業表現，每年定期「進廠維修」。

林凡前年唱紅《犀利人妻》主題曲，還入圍金曲歌后，媒體說她「醜女大翻身」，對外界整形揣測，她當成讚美；表示做了小臉推拿，被按到臉腫，腫到突出的顴骨不見了，也再也不敢去。

另外By2出道時是單眼皮，被網友以台語諧音戲稱「醜女」，５年來眼睛長大、鼻子長高，和李毓芬猶如三胞胎，但兩人總是矢口否認整形。
