議員要求台中勿借場地給國民黨全代會

「馬英九」和「黃色小鴨」之爭，今在議會上演！議員林汝洲今天拿出掉淚的黃色小鴨，質疑台中市府爭取不利，市長明明有5億元的預備金，為何負擔不起1000萬元黃色小鴨權利金？徒讓觀光商機因此流失。

議員李天生、邱素貞等人也高舉海報，指「黃小鴨不來，馬英九要來？」質問這樣對台中經濟有幫助嗎？台中市府爭取不到黃色小鴨，卻弄個馬英九的十九全會來台中，對觀光不利，要胡志強市長不要收留馬英九。

胡市長說，人民團體借場地，一切照規定辦理。黃色小鴨不僅要1000萬元權利金，且無法限制在其他地區展出，台中市府已做了本土的黃色小鴨，也很受歡迎。
