在中國很多社區都這樣蓋，透天獨棟、前庭後院，
社區車道、社區公園、社區保全、社區停車場、社區垃圾場....
不用跟鄰居連在一起的好處是
在裡面打麻將、唱歌、施工啥的都不太會吵到別人，
隱私、安全啥的也有顧到，
以前我昆山的家也是這樣，朋友上海的房子也是，
印象中一區幾十戶有，
因為每區都是一起蓋的，很有一致性，在裡面跑來跑去還蠻漂亮的。
還有上面那個路太小條，看起來很擠
想想也是...沒有車會經過阿。

在台灣除非地夠大，不然建商弄的...不太可能；
台灣鄉下也是有，但自地自建居多，全部自己管理，
但是大多顧到後來就很懶得弄，看起來會破破舊舊的，
光環境整理、造景等硬體維護就一堆工。
