對方跨越雙黃線,以至您前進擦撞,是對方要負絕大部份責任!

或許裁決書會要您負未注意的責任,但是因對方的錯在先,要跟您求償根本很難!

樓主就等裁決.也許對方會求償,判決下來您該負責的部份,可能就一兩千塊或不到!

也許在對方咨詢過法規方面的建議之後,根本不會求償!您就別擔心了!

(未注意也不一定成立,因為對方跨越雙黃線在對向車道)
