【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）擬於台北時間明晨3時宣布提名立場溫和的現任聯準會（Fed）副主席葉倫（Janet Yellen）接任Fed主席，消息雖激勵美股期指小漲，但全球股市仍籠罩在美國財政僵局恐導致債務違約風險下，表徵亞太股市整體行情的MSCI亞太不含日本指數午盤下跌0.3%。
 
亞太各國股市午盤漲跌互現，日股隨日圓回貶上漲0.6%，新加坡也上漲0.4%，香港、紐西蘭下跌近0.6%，泰國、馬來西亞跌約0.3%，中國、澳洲、印尼則在平盤附近。
