前美國國務卿希拉蕊日前到英國倫敦領獎，車隊中一輛車違規停車，遭當地交通管理員開80英鎊 (約台幣3760元)違停罰單。目擊者表示，希拉蕊雇用的幾名保全人員當時在車上，曾和交通管理員爭論，但交通管理員不為所動，照樣開出罰單。
