Twitter將於紐交所上市

一份由Twitter向美國證券交易委員會提交的文件顯示，Twitter已經選定在紐約證券交易所上市。

Twitter將以「TWTR」為代碼登陸紐交所，而並非如Facebook般在納斯達克掛牌，估計Twitter將於未來幾個月內正式啟動新股上市程序。

市場消息指出，公司計劃上市集資15億美元，每股定價將介乎28至30美元。
