消息指出，Samsung GALAXY S 5 可能會採用 64 位元、14nm 製程的 Exynos 6 處理器。

雖然 Samsung GALAXY Note 3 才剛剛發表不久，但 GALAXY S 5 的相關訊息近期已經不斷在網路上曝光，包括上市日期、是否會採用金屬材質，都是消費者關注的議題。

根據 ddaily 報導指出，Samsung GALAXY S 5 所採用的是 64 位元、14nm 製程 Exynos 6 處理器，為 Cortex A53 / A57 架構晶片所組成，雖然仍為 4 + 4 架構，但這兩組晶片能同時運作，實現所謂的「真」八核心。

另一方面，Samsung 正在開發一款 1,300 萬畫素感光元件，除了支援光學防手震外，據稱能帶來現有機種 8 倍亮度的低光源表現，也或許會用在這款手機上。
