替代役男陳俊銘去年陳屍成功嶺營區，身上有13道傷口，檢方調查後不起訴處分，因為洪仲丘案，才進行另案調查，陳俊銘的爸爸媽媽今天上午到成功嶺營區拉白布條抗議，認為兒子不可能是自殺，要軍方給一個真相跟公道。

替代役男陳俊銘去年四月底，陳屍在成功嶺營區的寢室內，頸部和手腕多達13道傷口，其中頸部3刀致命傷深達4公分，現場只有找到一支沒有握柄，約五公分的美工刀片，但是，卻以不起訴處分，而且認為沒有他殺，家屬認為陳俊銘絕對不可能是自殺，陳俊銘的爸爸媽媽跟親友，十六號上午到成功嶺營區門口拉白布條抗議，陳爸爸說，四、五個證人都說在睡覺，他認為兒子是遭到凌虐。

陳媽媽自從兒子死亡，每天以淚洗面，希望軍方要給家屬一個公道。

家屬情緒激動陳媽媽一度昏倒。

役政署副署長吳學燕出面跟家屬溝通，不過，他表示，任何死亡案件都經過法醫公正的裁決。

家屬認為，陳俊銘的死，疑點重重，無語問蒼天，只希望真相能大白。
