三星S4 原廠ROM vs Cyanogenmod 會特別優化減少發熱嘛？

突然有個疑問 想請問01上的各位專家們

S4手機熱熱的應該不是新聞了
聽說智慧型手機聽說都會如此

不過我的問題是 原廠的ROM會去特別優化這些問題或是刷原廠的ROM會不會執行上會比較優化之類的??
還是刷原生的ROM 如 Cyanogenmod10.2 可以早點優化到 android 4.3 會比較快速或是順暢了 ??

或是換個問法

S4 是等待最近Samsung 推出的 android 4.3 ROM 好呢？
還是刷 Cyanogenmod10.2 ROM 自己上 android 4.3 好呢？
