求救 筆電的鍵盤失效了...

我的A55V (Win7系統) 鍵盤失效，連滑鼠板都沒用了，感覺被鎖住了
前幾天裝了一個大陸銀行的安控程式(在簡体模式下)之後就發生了，
開機後，只能打一個字，之後就會完全失靈，在程式和功能中，把能刪的都刪了，還是不能用
如果用安全模式進去，一切都正常
在正常模式下，用外接的鍵盤也是一樣有只能打一個字而己，但外接的mouse 又運作正常
這是什麼問題啊? 有人有遇到過嗎
救命啊....
