大統要員工減少工時 勞工處：需雙方同意

大統長基公司停工，兩百多名員工忙著回收油品，不過，員工心情越來越複雜，除了六名已經被資譴的賣場行銷人員之外，其他員工，有部份被要求簽署「減少工時」協議書，也就是無薪假，對此，彰化縣勞工處表示，簽署協議書，如果勞工不同意，資方還是必須依照原來的勞動協議，如果資方不願意，可以資遣員工，如果不按照勞基法，將與以開罰。 （張文祿報導） 大統長基公司油品案，不僅影響消費大眾，員工也對未來感到惶恐，員工透露，董事長高振利從公司出事後，都沒有出面跟員工對談，公司一直詢問員工要不要簽署減少工時協議書，也就是休無薪假，一個星期只做三天。對此，彰化縣勞工處副處長何俊昇說，大統長基目前只資遣六名賣場行銷人員，至於減少工時，必須雙方同意。

如果勞方對協議內容無法接受，可以不簽協議書，可以再跟資方談，或者資方資遣員工。 彰化縣勞工處表示，如果資方刻意逼迫員工離職、不願意資遣，員工可以向勞工處申訴，資方如果不依規定，可以依勞基法開罰。勞工處也已經做好因應，提供員工協助及輔導。
