除了樓上的方法，如果你家也有建立區域無線網路，也願意付費買小軟體，
那 Pocket File Manager 是一個很不錯的選擇...

在程式中開啟 FTP, 然後透過電腦連入手機，直接抓取手機中原汁原味在的照片到電腦中(照片在手機 Photo Library 的 Camera Roll 中)...
(試用版只提供手機開啟 FTP Server, 但不能抓檔... 我當初試用過後就手滑買了.. 不用連線很方便啊..)

**當然也請注意一下這套軟體的說明** (所以寫評鑑的那個朋友，根本沒看說明.. XD)
由於微軟的限制，第三方軟體只能進入部份檔案系統，目前也沒有開放「影片」「音樂」「文件」目錄的存取。
