高鐵列車延誤　營運長鞠躬致歉

【陳如嬌／台北報導】台灣高鐵昨天彰化至雲林未來站區間的「區分絕緣器」陸續發生絕緣故障失效，導致供電異常，造成列車取消及延誤，影響約3萬2千多名旅客行程，高鐵公司下午召開記者會說明後續處置情形。高鐵營運長張煥光代表高鐵公司在記者會中一躹躬，向民眾表達歉意。

張煥光表示，區分絕緣器故障是鹽害和濕氣與當初評估有落差，是否涉及人為疏失，張煥光未作正面回應。對於是否會懲處相關人員，張煥光強調，事故調查找出真相最重要，懲處人員要先確認是否是蓄意造成。
