私下招生搶客　補習班老師背信判刑

【張欽／台北報導】林姓補習班數學老師，受補習班老闆委任負責招生任務，去年底林男在替補習班招生期間，竟向學生及學生家長誆稱其服務的補習班「無以為繼」，可轉到另一家他也任教的補習班上課繳費，老闆得知後控告林男背信。
 
林男坦承犯行，法官審酌林男沒有前科，且與補習班老闆達成和解，因此依背信罪判林男8月徒刑，緩刑2年，並需在2013年12月31日前，支付補習班老闆85萬元，全案可再上訴。
