主播陳海茵　嗑阿膠桂圓羹抗寒

【曾宛如／綜合報導】天氣轉冷，東森主播陳海茵的禦寒祕方就是吃阿膠，她昨晚《後宮甄嬛傳》上身，用小主口吻在微博分享進補佳餚：「本宮今兒從太醫那取得阿膠，等會兒來煮個阿膠桂圓羹補補身子，天氣變冷了，大家要顧好身子唷。」勾得劉真垂涎，直喊：「哇！我也想吃！」
 
阿膠因頻頻在《甄嬛傳》中出現，是各後宮小主養顏補身的食療祕方而受注目，政論名嘴周玉蔻常吃阿膠：「平常我都喝1湯匙用阿膠粉泡的飲料。」她也會煮阿膠鮑魚，並加入烏骨雞及魚皮等一起燉，她笑稱：「這道料理的膠質很多，對45歲以上的女性很有益處。」
