神明廳竄火　屋主幸運逃出

【黎百代／桃園報導】中壢市龍宮路一棟三層樓建築，今清晨7時許突然發生火警，消防隊趕到現場時，火舌已從三樓猛烈竄出，所幸當時女屋主已逃出，消防隊花了20分鐘就將火勢撲滅無人傷亡，女屋主心有餘悸表示，還好當時全家人都已外出上班上學，只剩她一人在家，發現三樓冒煙起火就趕緊離開，三樓是神明廳，已有30年歷史，可能是電線老舊導致。
