【法庭中心／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池，在陽明山的「溫泉別墅七七行館」坐擁上千坪草皮，被檢調查出其中上千坪竟是國有土地，昨搜索約談包括劉政池夫婦、子女共15人到案，並開挖草坪揪出地底暗藏181坪「地窖」，涉犯竊佔國土等多罪。

劉政池的女兒劉冠廷、劉冠余昨夜已被依竊佔國土等罪諭令交保候傳，劉政池稍早也被調查局台北市調處移送士林地檢署複訊。
