請問蘋果電腦好用嗎

我一直以來都是用XP 到WIN7
我想請問我換蘋果的電腦 會不會非常難上手?
我有去門市店碰過 完全不會用 但是也只是滑一滑而已

我有一個學長有蘋果電腦 他說蘋果電腦修影片音樂等等的非常好用
他有把他的蘋果電腦另外安裝win7 他沒有感覺到lag
但是我上網查了 有的網友說會lag...
因為我個人需求只有word PPT 等等的基本作業系統
不玩線上遊戲 沒有攝影拍照基礎 上上網 聽聽音樂
最重要的就是microsoft的作業系統 但是又因為是microsoft
蘋果的電腦可以安裝嗎?(不是win7的狀態下)
有些光碟強制要用mediaplayer的播放軟體才可以播放
請問蘋果有嗎 (沒有的話可以裝嗎?)
另外也有朋友跟我說 買蘋果電腦還要另外買其他安裝的東西
加一加費用也不便宜 這是真的?
