辯稱身上沒錢　女子賣場偷竊被逮

【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市1名57歲洪姓女子，昨天晚間7時許，在永和區家樂福賣場趁員工不注意時，偷竊燕麥片、海苔、牛肉乾等並放入手提包中準備離開時，出門的防盜門偵測到未結帳物品發出警報聲，遭保全發現攔下，並在手提包中搜出未結帳的商品，賣場立即報警處理。洪女應訊時辯稱因身上沒錢，才起意偷竊，警方訊後將洪女依竊盜罪嫌移送。
