中古車行變造廠徽　福特當馬自達賣

【胡治言／綜合報導】桃園晶采中古汽車行遭投訴騙很大！把一輛福特Tierra轎車的外觀變造成馬自達323再出售。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，桃園鍾先生投訴，去年在晶采中古汽車行購買馬自達323轎車，不料1個月後車子排氣管就掉落，他將車送修時，維修人員竟告知該車為1999年式的福特Tierra，他怒稱：「這車行實在太瞎了，騙很大。」憤而對業者提告，車行負責人薛松賢遭法院依詐欺罪判處2個月徒刑並駁回上訴，民事賠償則仍未給付。對此，車行負責人薛松賢仍稱當初有告知消費者。

鍾先生買到的馬自達323，車頭廠徽雖然是馬自達（藍框處），但引擎本體上卻有福特標誌（紅框處），這輛車實際上是福特Tierra。
