偷936元油雞、香腸　男子判罰3萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名50歲、有竊盜前科的徐姓男子，日前徒步行經羅東鎮1家全聯福利中心前，見騎樓下1輛機車掛有價值936元油雞、香腸，竟心起貪念，順手偷走這些食物後快步離去，劉姓受害者發現後，不甘受損報警處理。

警方調閱路口監視器錄影帶，逮到徐男依竊盜罪送辦。宜蘭地院審理後，今天將徐男判處拘役30天、得易科罰金3萬元。
