【劉曉霞／台北報導】全台首件社會青年住宅BOT案最大的新北市中和區青年住宅案今天動土，預定提供1108戶給民眾居住，規劃套房、兩房、3房共9 ~14坪、23~25坪與33坪3種規劃。業者估計，當地租金行情約每月每坪800~900元，換算下來總租金每月約7200~2萬9700元。民眾直呼，租金不便宜。

新北市府和日勝生合作推出3筆社會青年住宅BOT案，分別位在新北市中和區、三重區兩處，昨天位在中和秀峰街、景德街口附近基地動土，基地面積約0.99公頃，約3025坪，鄰近捷運環狀線景平站，預定2016年完工。

日勝生集團董事長林榮顯說，台灣房價飆漲，讓年輕人買不起住家，有人不得不買上下班要花1~2小時的地方，這次透過社會住宅均衡反漲，讓青年可以按月輕鬆付租，日後收入穩定再挑理想住家來買也不遲。
