超商起口角　女拿泡麵熱水潑人被訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】49歲吳姓女子今年6月1日深夜在北市金山南路一家超商內與1名女子口角，後見對方在超商外與另名高姓女子交談，竟以隨身攜帶的保溫杯裝滿熱水，走出超商要求2人不要擋路，遭嗆「路是你家開的嗎？」隨即出手推對方，並將熱水往2女身上潑灑。

事後2女怒控吳女傷害，吳女則反告妨害自由，台北地檢署確認2女分別遭受腹部2度灼傷、右肩1度灼傷，今依傷害罪將吳女起訴；至於吳女反控妨害自由部分，檢方認為證據不足，將2女不起訴。
