產權移轉後當然要撥款,那你把產權移轉延後先驗屋

不然提前驗屋在產權移轉,若不行就要靠建商保固

一切照合約走,客戶不收屋也會被控違約,建商只要

說房子有任何問題有保固就站的住腳,建商不會願意

多付利息、稅費所以先產權移轉
