台電土地活化　勵進餐廳保留與否未定案

【許麗珍／台北報導】台電位在和平東路上約5571坪土地，台電表示今年9月才剛委由高力國際公司進行土地活化規劃，預計明年5月第一階段規劃方案出爐，但還要經內部討論，最快預計2016年才會對外公開招商，至於台電知名的勵進酸菜白肉鍋餐廳屆時是否保留，台電表示規劃案有很多方向，餐廳搬遷或原址保留，目前尚未定案。

台電表示，和平東路上5000多坪土地，分為3480坪與2091坪兩塊土地，這塊地是台電的發源地，土地活化目前規劃二到三個方向，希望兼顧台北人對台電的懷舊記憶，保留台電意象，目前土地活化案委託顧問公司進行規劃，先進行第一階段市況訪查。
