關於選鞋的問題

有看過一些選鞋的相關文章 對於選鞋有初步的了解

不過還是沒有版本的高手大大們來的專業

所以來這裡請教一下!!

身高184 體重 78 跑齡還未滿1年

目前正在使用中的鞋子有

Asics Gel-Blur33

從鞋子磨損的照片來看 我應該是屬於Overpronation類型的

不過好像這類型大部份都是扁平足??

但我自已測量的狀況是正常足弓偏高

想請版上大大幫忙解答一下

我是否還是比較適合Motion Control的類型?

另外在請問一下有沒有比較推薦的鞋款 不限品牌 好穿就好>///<
