雲林明年封井近期出現挖井熱

立委吳育昇今天上午在立法院內政委員會表示，雲林縣地層下陷嚴重，雲林縣政府公布列管11萬口水井，明年起水井沒有公布列管的就要封井，導致現在雲林縣打井業者生意接不完，不管需不需要，大家都搶著在明年列管前打一口井。

李鴻源表示，這件事情主管機關是經濟部，但他會提醒經濟部水利署注意這個問題的情況；針對雲林縣一窩鋒打井的狀況，他認為從打井業者管制比較容易，因為台灣打井業者就那幾家。
