前交通部長郭瑤琪收賄案，被控收受廠商用茶葉罐夾帶的2萬美元賄款，更一審、更二審認為收款和行為有對價關係，判刑8年、褫奪公權4年，5日最高法院維持更二審認定，判刑定讞。

台北地檢署依貪污罪起訴郭瑤琪，民國95年收受南仁湖集團負責人李清波送的2萬美元。檢方認為，南仁湖集團為了搶標台北車站大樓整建營運和商場租標案，李清波叫兒子李宗賢送茶葉罐給郭瑤琪，裡面裝著2萬美元賄款，送到郭瑤琪在大安區的宿舍交給本人；之後，郭瑤琪在交通部部務會報即對標案關切。

全案一、二審時認為，郭瑤琪收2萬美元，但未對招標案有具體指示或影響招標程序，南仁湖集團也沒有參與投標，認定收款和職務行為無對價關係，都判無罪；但檢方不服提上訴，台灣高等法院更一審、更二審認為，收款和職務構成對價，改判有罪。

郭瑤琪對於判決感到訝異又憤怒，並將會提出再審或非常上訴，而且對於證人李宗賢對於當初送茶葉的罐數交代不清，不排除提出偽證罪告訴。
