氣喘送醫竟癱瘓　家屬告替代役男不起訴

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣1名王姓男子前年3月間，因身體不適，到診所看診時出現氣喘情形，診所再緊急請消防隊將王男送往醫院治療，沒想到王男病情惡化，急性支氣管痙孿造成窒息，腦部缺氧昏迷後成植物人。王男家屬質疑該幫忙送醫的替代役男過程中未注意病情變化，未於第一時間給予妥適急救措施而釀生憾事憤而提出業務過失重傷害告訴。
 
宜蘭地檢署認定汪姓替代役男在送醫過程中並無違失，裁定不起訴。王男父親不滿，聲請再議，案經臺灣高等法院檢察署發回宜蘭地檢署續查，檢方偵查終結，仍裁定不起訴。
