上原關門不夠 紅襪補穆西卡

儘管隊上已經有了季後賽表現絕佳的守護神上原浩治，但2013年世界大賽冠軍仍持續增加牛棚深度，8日紅襪球團正式宣布，與前紅雀終結者穆西卡(Edward Mujica)簽下2年950萬美元(2.8億台幣)合約。

29歲的穆西卡，生涯8個球季先後效力過印地安人、教士、馬林魚，2012年球季中來到紅雀隊把守最後防線，41次救援機會拿下37次救援成功，防禦率2.78。

不過穆西卡今年9月因傷勢影響表現走樣，總計7.1局就被敲出18支安打，還包括3轟，9月防禦率飆高到11.05，也讓他季後賽終結者一職遭年輕投手羅森塔(Trevor Rosenthal)取代，10月甚至僅出賽2場。

即使如此，紅襪仍看重穆西卡的三振能力；上季效力於紅雀，穆西卡主投64.2局飆46K，僅保送5位打者，生涯439.1局，投出350次三振，僅送出68次保送。

補進了穆西卡，紅襪牛棚調度也更加靈活，除了有上原浩治外，還有田澤純一、左投布雷斯洛(Craig Breslow)以及沃克曼(Brandon Workman)，預計紅襪仍會讓上原浩治繼續擔任守護神工作。
