吳奇隆因為新片，在北京出席發布會，在宣傳活動上，他大方的向媒體宣告，自己現在很幸福，讓現場粉絲都尖叫不已。不只如此吳奇隆還說，農曆過年會盡量把工作都排開，要和女友劉詩詩，一起共度。

吳奇隆為新戲「向著幸福前進」在北京出席發布會，不知道是不是因為最近談戀愛甜蜜蜜，吳奇隆一拿到麥克風，就急著宣告自己的喜悅。在過不久就是農曆過年了，吳奇隆和劉詩詩小倆口，第一個年假要怎麼過，也讓媒體十分關注。

藝人吳奇隆：「因為今年剛好，我們的工作就在過年前結束，過年這個階段可能大家也都在忙過年，不會安排太多工作，相對來說可能有一點時間相處吧。」吳奇隆回答個問題繞了一大圈，其實就是說過年要和女友一起過，不過記者再深入問細節，他就賣起關子了，似乎是因為和劉詩詩的感情非常穩定，吳奇隆幾乎有問必答，不過大家還是給兩人一些空間，讓小倆口有機會喘口氣。
