​美河市百億弊案　2高官聲押

【呂志明／台北報導】北市捷運局與日勝生建設合作開發捷運共構社區美河市，驚爆舞弊醜聞！該建案由市府提供9成9土地，分配時市府卻僅分得約3成的房地產，疑有官員涉嫌偽造文書、修改鑑價報告低估土地價值，導致市府損失逾百億元。
 
檢調昨約談北捷聯合開發處前處長高嘉濃、四課前課長王銘藏、五課課長陳文欣、承辦員江國樑。深夜接近凌晨時，陳、江先被以10萬元交保，凌晨1時，王被檢方依偽造文書等罪嫌聲押，1小時後，檢方聲押全案最高層、前處長高嘉濃。
