炎洲砸9.2億元 購承德路商辦

炎洲24日正式宣布，為增加獲利來源，斥資9.2億元向新纖購買台北市百齡橋附近整棟商辦大樓。公司表示，主要是為賺取固定收益，目前該層大樓皆滿租中。

新纖開發處分台北市承德路4段318號全棟1樓至10樓及地下1、2樓建物及土地，其中土地面積約233.22坪，建物面積約1324.95坪；新纖開發的處分利益約 1.33億元。

炎洲表示，該棟大樓主要承租戶以金融機構居多，目前全都滿租，租賃合約大約落在2015至2016年附近，完成簽約後，明年2月才會真正歸屬於炎洲集團。
