外遇回頭被恐嚇　人妻認罪被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市一家瓦斯行37歲呂姓老闆娘與33歲單身李姓男網友偷情半年，不堪良心譴責向高姓丈夫招認姦情，並與李男分手想索回外遇期間合拍的裸照，反被李男嗆聲要去瓦斯行放火，夫妻倆嚇得提告。新北地檢署今分依通姦、恐嚇等罪將呂女和李男起訴。

呂女和高男結婚15年，去年在臉書認識住屏東的李男暗譜姊弟戀，並從去年10月到今年5月，每月最後一個週日固定南下與李男幽會。

高男得知妻子紅杏出牆，難過但選擇原諒，並找李男索討妻子與對方的親密照，不料李男用化名在臉書放話「找一天來去瓦斯行放火，應該很刺激喔」等語，故意邀高男加入好友來看。李男挨告否認通姦與恐嚇，宣稱沒握有不雅照，檢方不採信。
