醉後疑遭3少硬上　「再做一次」查性侵

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】新北市一名16歲高中少女，去年8月半夜到男同學家，酒後遭在場2名男同學和學長輪流性侵，少女醒來後下體劇痛，但假裝不追究，蔡姓男同學改口招認，要求和少女再做一次，少女答應趁機套話，事後報警。新北地檢署昨起訴3少年涉犯乘機性交罪嫌，最重各判10年，蔡男另被起訴與幼女性交罪嫌，最重判7年。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，檢方問少女為何答應蔡男要求，少女表示是想以身套問實情，並用手機錄音，沒想到手機沒電，事後報警驗傷。
