雨衣大盜王淵 強盜殺人判無期定讞

「雨衣大盜」王淵因涉嫌犯下三起運鈔車搶案，又開槍打死保全員，經過纏訟，最高法院支持二審判決，維持強盜殺人等罪，處無期徒刑定讞。

去年三月底，王淵涉嫌犯下台企銀運鈔車搶案，在潛逃出境前被警方攔截逮捕。檢方查出，王淵共犯下三起銀行搶案，得手超過四千萬，除了台企銀南京分行運鈔車搶案外，另外還有民國94年台企銀跟民國96年的合庫衛豐運鈔車兩起搶案。王淵在合庫搶案中，開槍打死一名周姓保全員。一、二審都判處他無期徒刑，全案上訴到三審，最高法院審支持二審判決，認為原判決並沒有違誤，維持無期徒刑判決，全案就此確定。至於王淵女友林香蘭涉犯贓物罪，因她撤回上訴，先前判刑八個月定讞。
