​搶運鈔車槍殺保全　雨衣大盜判無期定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】雨衣大盜王淵被控連續犯下3起銀行運鈔車搶案並槍殺保全，最高法院今依強盜殺人等罪判他無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身，併科罰金110萬元定讞。

王淵在2005年底，頭戴安全帽，身穿雨衣，騎機車搶劫台灣企銀南東分行運鈔車，並在2007年、2012年又犯下其他2件合庫運鈔車搶案，共計得手4086萬元，其中合庫運鈔車保全員周國隆因奮勇抗賊，遭王淵開槍打死。高院今年9月才判王淵無期徒刑，最高法院今天駁回全案上訴。
