藏針孔偷拍暗戀對象　純情男被訴

【呂志明／台北報導】41歲的蘇姓男子，暗戀公司邱姓女同事，竟趁著公司聚會時，將針孔攝影機偷藏在廁所內，偷拍邱女如廁畫面，台北地檢署今天偵結，依妨害秘密罪，將蘇男起訴。

今年2月6日，蘇男與公司同事、客戶，前往台北市民生東路好樂迪KTV歡唱，蘇男先進入廁所，將網路上購買的針孔攝影機安置在廁所內，並對準馬桶，準備就緒後再離開廁所與同事、客戶歡唱。

當一夥人飲酒歡唱一段時間後，邱女起身上廁所，就在尿尿之際，發現正前方竟然藏了針孔攝影機，氣急敗壞的找出針孔攝影機，拿到包廂大聲質問「這是誰放的」。

蘇男見狀，當場坦承並請求原諒他，但邱女不同意堅持提出告訴，台北地檢署偵查後，依法起訴，並向法院聲請簡易判決處刑。
