鄭麗文未說明預算　段宜康嗆：真奇怪

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院內政委員會今晚挑燈夜戰，審查行政院預算，當深夜9點40分左右審查到行政院發言人辦公室預算時，雖然政院發言人鄭麗文出席備詢，但發言人辦公室代理主任高遵先針對21個立委預算提案進行近10分鐘左右口頭說明。高說明結束時，民進黨立委段宜康就嗆：「為什麼不是發言人報告？誰請你報告？你哪位？你想當發言人嗎？真是奇怪！發言人在這邊一句話都不講？」

鄭麗文聞言後才尷尬地再次針對相關提案簡要說明，並且強調高遵是代理主任，主要針對業務相關部分先做詳盡說明。雖然現場火藥味十足，不過段宜康稍早8點多還準備聖誕節應景糖果給在場官員、立委、國會助理及立院職員，也讓朝野僵持的預算審查會場增添一絲節慶氣味。
