砂石車輛停放疑問

請問關於砂石專用車輛之停放位置是否有相關規定?

現各縣市皆有規劃砂石專用車輛行駛路線，
若須行駛非砂石專用車輛行駛路線則須向相關單位提出申請，
但若需求原因是返家休息 (非業務或工作需要)，
那可以申請嗎?(因聽聞返家原因不成立，不符合執照停車場停放規定)

砂石車停放有沒有相關法規依據?
