"雨衣盜"劫殺運鈔保全 判無期定讞

曾經引起社會矚目的「雨衣大盜」案，嫌犯__王淵被指控連續犯下三起、銀行運鈔車搶劫案件、並且槍殺保全人員。最高法院今天依強盜殺人等罪名、判處無期徒刑定讞。 王淵在八年前，頭戴安全帽，身穿雨衣，騎機車搶劫台灣企銀南東分行的運鈔車，接下來幾年間又陸續犯下其他兩件合庫運鈔車搶案，總計得手四千多萬元。其中、合庫運鈔車的保全人員被開槍擊斃。最高法院依二審判決、判處無期徒刑定讞。
