保母手麻摔死嬰　業務過失致死判6個月

【陳偉周／基隆報導】粗心大意！基隆市36歲保母張嘉雯，去年1月29日晚間10時許，抱起約7公斤重的黃姓女嬰餵奶，但女嬰喝一半不斷哭鬧，安撫女嬰後突然一陣手麻，女嬰從100公分高摔落地面軟墊上，見女嬰無外傷不以為意跑去睡。隔日見女嬰無反應才送醫，5天後女嬰宣告不治。

全案經法院審理，雖然張女領有保母執照，卻在女嬰摔地後10小時才送醫，嚴重疏失，日前法院依業務過失致死罪，處張女6個月有期徒刑，得易科罰金18萬，緩刑5年，連同給付死者家屬和解金190萬元，全案仍可上訴。
