正解：錯。只要注意以下事項，家中還是可以繼續養禽鳥。

家中禽鳥避免與野鳥接觸或共用食器；定期戴口罩清洗、消毒養禽設備及其排泄物；接觸家禽、鳥類或其分泌物，要立刻用肥皂和清水洗淨雙手。接觸禽畜後14天內，如出現發燒、咳嗽、喉嚨痛等類流感症狀或結膜炎，請戴口罩就醫，並主動告知禽鳥接觸史。
